supply and delivery of cleaning products and accessories, hygiene products, small equipment and kitchen utensils for the needs of the Municipality of L'Isle sur la Sorgue (2 lots)within the framework of this contract, particular attention will be paid to offers that will take into account the impact of cleaning products and equipment on the safety and health of workers as well as on the environment. The procurement procedure used is open tendering. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. This is a framework agreement without minimum amount and with an annual maximum specific to each lot, concluded pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1 °, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code.
