GIVAS, hereafter called the contracting authority, would like to enter into a framework agreement with one or more tenderers for emptying and delivering septic/sludge from subscribers in GIVAS' are in Eidskog, Grue and Kongsvinger to neighbouring treatment facilities. One contract will be awarded per municipality. The tender documentation refers to four subareas. Tenders can be submitted for one, several, or all subareas. Only one subcontract has been set up in Mercell, ‘Tender Submission’. This is done so that tenderers submitting tenders for multiple or all of the municipalities can make this process more efficient as documents and appendices (such as the qualification requirements, tender letter, requirements specification and the tender and price sheet), to be answered by the tenderers is structured in a way that gives the tenderers sufficient instructions about how to deal with the subcontracts and thereby can deliver everything combined under the subcontract ‘Tender Submission’.
