Description:
Management of municipal waste from the area of the Commune of Bełżyce

1. The subject of the contract is the successive acceptance on the segregation line and management of municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Bełżyce, the type, codes, maximum quantity and method of performance of the order during the term of the contract is specified in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (SOPZ), constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.

2. Whenever the Ordering Party uses waste codes, it should be understood as the codes contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate of 02.01.2020 on the waste catalogue.

1. The subject of the contract is the successive acceptance of waste on the segregation line and waste management

municipal from the area of the Bełżyce Commune, whose type, codes, maximum number and method of execution

orders during the term of the contract are specified in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (SOPZ),

constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.

2. The contracting authority does not allow the possibility of submitting partial bids - detailed justification contained

is in SWZ.

3. The contracting authority provides for the grounds for exclusion referred to in Article 108(1) of the Act of 11 September

2019 Public procurement law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 110, as amended), in the Act of 13 April 2022

"On special solutions in the field of counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and serving

protection of national security" (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 835) and in Article 5k of Regulation (EU) 2022/576

amending Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in respect of

Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (Dz. EU No L 111, 8.4.2022, p. 1).

4. The Contracting Authority provides for the annulment of the proceeding within the meaning of Article 257 of the

a subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing the activities referred to in point XXVII.SWZ

in the scope of order fulfillment.

6.The Contracting Authority provides for contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Procurement Law;

Contracts may be awarded as part of an extension of the basic contract in the assortment

constituting the material scope of the basic contract.

Conditions under which contracts will be awarded similar:

• The contracting authority will award the contract when there is a need for a larger amount of waste management, and

also in cases where it will be required to maintain the nature of a continuous service and the deadline expires

basic order.

Contracts will be awarded on the following terms:

• Negotiations will be held during which the parties will determine the detailed scope of the contract, the deadline

performance of the contract and the amount of remuneration,

• The contractor of the basic contract will perform them in the same standard as for the contract

Your personal data will be processed on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 lit. c GDPR in order to conduct the public procurement procedure and conclude a contract, and the legal basis for their processing is the legal obligation to apply formalized public procurement procedures resting on the Contracting Authority (Municipality of Bełżyce).

The recipients of your personal data will be persons or entities with whom documentation of the proceedings will be made available based on Article 18 and Article 19 of the Public Procurement Law of 11 September 2019.

Your personal data will be stored for a period of 4 years from the date of completion of the procurement procedure, and if the duration of the contract exceeds 4 years, the storage period covers the entire duration of the contract. If specific provisions provide otherwise – in accordance with these provisions.
