The subject of the order is the implementation of simplified monitoring, technical documentation along with obtaining the necessary arrangements and administrative decisions, and performing author's supervision for tasks performed by the Gorlice Forest District as part of the project "A comprehensive project of adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change - low retention and counteracting water erosion in areas mountain. "
3.2. The documentation will include:
3.2.1. Design documentation containing:
3.2.1.1. construction project in the scope taking into account the specificity of construction works;
3.2.1.2. executive project;
3.2.1.3. The implementation of simplified monitoring concerns the construction of tanks executed within the following settlement numbers: 03-05-1.1-01 and 03-05-1.1-02.
3.2.2. Costing documentation containing:
3.2.2.1. Investment estimate;
3.2.2.2. Bill of quantities, which should include a list of the basic works planned for execution in the technological order of their execution together with their detailed description or indication of the grounds setting out a detailed description and indication of the appropriate technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works. The item must be attached in the form of annexes, an enumeration and a statement of the number of primary units of basic works indicating
The way of calculating the excess positions.
3.2.3. Technical Specification of Workmanship and Acceptance of Works (STWiOR), as a detailed study for a given task (building object) and containing sets of requirements that are necessary to determine the standard and quality of construction work, use of materials and technologies and rules for receiving and assessing the correctness of individual works . STWiOR should contain only elements referring to a specific task, taking into account the course of the task implementation process (including: the order of works, requirements for technology and materials, the method of control and acceptance of essential elements of facilities or works atrophied) and the total elimination of general standards, regulations and tables whose knowledge is not needed to implement and supervise specific construction work.
3.2.4. The documentation will be provided in 4 copies in a paper version. In addition, the Contractor will provide the documentation in an electronic version in .pdf format, .dwg format - for the drawing part (containing at least drawings of the situational plan in the PUWG 1992 coordinate system) and .doc and .xls (for the descriptive part) on an electronic medium.
3.2.5. Immediately after signing the contract and before proceeding with the design works, the Employer will organize a meeting with the Contractor, where he will provide: economic maps with planned locations of facilities, and indicate natural habitats, plant species, fungi and animals as well as other facilities that can not be affected through construction.
3.3. Catalog of administrative decisions and other documents necessary to obtain:
3.3.1. Decision on the environmental conditions of the investment (including the possible implementation of the environmental impact report),
3.3.2. Decision on land development and development conditions,
3.3.3. Notification of works carried out in the areas of nature protection forms (not required in the case of preparing the EIA Report),
3.3.4. Water and legal decision,
3.3.5. Declaration of the body responsible for monitoring Natura 2000 areas,
3.3.6. Declaration of the authority responsible for water management,
3.3.7. A building permit or notification of construction works that do not require a building permit.
3.4. Author's supervision - the Contractor will supervise the compliance of construction works with the documentation from the date of commencement of construction works to the final acceptance and obtaining the occupancy permit - in the dimension of 3 stays (confirmed by an entry in the construction log) on each site. Performing the author's supervision will take place each time at the request of the Ordering Party sent from at least
2 days in advance. The stay of the Contractor at the construction site resulting from design errors is not a stay under the author's supervision and the Employer does not bear the cost of this stay. As part of the author's supervision, the Contractor will explain to the contractors of construction works any doubts arising in the course of the works and will therefore complement the details of the design documentation
