The GIE Amphitheater launches a consultation as agent for a group of orders, which provides the following services:

Support for an archive collection estimated at 5,000 linear meters (approximately 50,000 boxes 10 cm wide), and in particular:

- the recovery of the archive stock held with the holder of the public contract or previous contract, including computer data;

- services associated with support (supply of archive boxes or containers);

- storage and conservation of archives in an approved site located in mainland France;

- consultation management (made available on the site of each organization concerned and the return of data) with or without travel;

- management of the archives of each organization concerned (sorting, inventory);

- computerized management of archives via the Internet;

- management of subsequent payments;

- management of destruction and restitution of archives.
