The purpose of this contract is the accompaniment service of compulsory and non-compulsory school transport, managed by the Regional Council of the Penedès (hereinafter Regional Council), which will be provided every school day of the school calendar according to the annual order published by the Department of Education of the Generalitat de Catalunya, except for force majeure, so that students are transported to schools.

To carry out this service, it is necessary: a person who performs the tasks of supervision, coordination and advice of the entire team of accompanying persons, with full availability during the time the school transport is carried out daily. Forty-five people accompanying school transportation; four people accompanying reception in the IES of Vilafranca del Penedès; a companion host at the Intermunicipal School of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia; a companion host at the Jacint Verdaguer School in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia; three people accompanying the flyer template to cover possible substitutions; a person who performs the tasks of coordination and advice to all students and families requesting the school transport service, full-time, to be developed at the headquarters of the Regional Council; A person who performs the tasks of supervision, coordination of the entire full service, which includes both the transport service and the full-time accompaniment service, to be developed at the headquarters site of the Regional Council.

The object of the tender, which is specified in Annex I of the Administrative Terms and Conditions, is presented in a single lot, which is detailed service by service, for the appropriate purposes.
