The present public contract includes various accompanying missions to better understand and define the current and future transformations on the scope of studies (transformation of the Westfield Les 4 Temps shopping centre, arrival of the “Défense” station of line 15 of the Grand Paris Express, transfers of existing real estate assets) as well as their impacts on the public space and heritage of Paris-la-Défense.

The purpose of this contract is to award a contract for which the expected services are as follows: 1. lump-sum services:

— programming of public spaces;

— plan for coherence of public spaces;

— preliminary study with a view to the realization of a boieldieu PMR ramp;

— a book of urban, architectural, landscape and environmental orientations;

— urban coherence of the intermodality study,

2. Services to purchase orders that will be triggered in addition to the services to the package if necessary:

— updating the reference plan;

— production of visuals for communication/consultation;

— participation/animation of concertation meeting;

— production of batch cards;

— assistance with ad hoc project management;

— preparation of administrative files and grants.
