The agreement consists of the working delivery and then the provision of a BAG BGT management system, including links, maintenance and support.

The ICT performance is seen as a coherent set of functionalities. Supporting the exchange of data, mutations and associated geometry between BAG and BGT is an important functionality.

The agreement will take effect immediately after signing (around 12 October 2023). This is also when the implementation period starts. The initial term of the agreement starts 1 January 2024 (system going live), and is at least 4 and includes two (2) optional extensions of two (2) years. Place of implementation of the municipality of Deurne (NL).
