Architectural services for additional accommodation at Seamount College, Kinvara, Co. Galway. Seamount College is a voluntary co-educational secondary school under the patronage of the Diocese of Galway.

This project is Phase 2 of a two-phase project. Phase 1 is currently at design stage and comprises: 1 home economics room, a staff room, 4 general classrooms and toilets.

In summary, the project will comprise:

— 6 x general classrooms 58 m2 each,

— 1 x technology room 149 m2,

— 1 x technology prep area 58.6 m2,

— 1 x home economics room 119 m2,

— 1 x arts and crafts room 119 m2,

— 1 x science lab 88.6 m2,

— 1 x science prep area 38.5 m2,

— student and staff toilets 27 m2,

— locker space 43.2 m2.

• giving a gross floor area (including circulation, staircase and partitions of 1 331.9 m2, and also

• removal of prefabs,

• connection between Phase 1 and Phase 2.
