5.1. The subject of the order is delivery for Zakład Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami Sp. z o. o. in Jarocin biodegradable containers. The material scope of the subject of the contract consists of the basic contract and the contract covered by the option right.
5.1.1. The basic order includes the delivery of:
a) brand new containers made of plastic, intended for biodegradable waste with a volume of 80 liters
10,000 pieces,
b) brand new containers made of plastic, intended for biodegradable waste with a capacity of 240 liters
1,000 pieces,
c) brand new containers made of plastic, intended for biodegradable waste with a capacity of 660 liters in an amount of 100 pieces.
5.1.2. The option order covers the delivery of brand new plastic containers for biodegradable waste with a capacity of 80 liters, up to a maximum of 4,500 units.

1.1. The basic order includes the delivery of:

1.2. The option order covers the delivery of brand new plastic containers for biodegradable waste with a capacity of 80 liters, up to a maximum of 4,500 units.
The Employer reserves the right not to use all or part of the contract covered by the option right, and the Contractor declares that he will not make any claims for this reason.

5. Equivalent solutions should be understood as those which present a description of the subject of the contract with the same or better technical, quality and functional parameters meeting the minimum parameters specified by the Employer, but marked with a different trademark, patent or origin. The condition for using equivalent solutions is written approval by the Employer. The differences between the referenced standards and their equivalents must be described in detail by the Contractor and submitted to the Employer for approval.
In accordance with art. 30 paragraph 5 of the Act, the Contractor who refers to equivalent solutions described by the Employer is obliged to demonstrate that the supplies, services or works offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Employer.
6. Subcontracting:
a) The Employer does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally carry out works related to the placement and installation under the supply contract.
b) The contractor may entrust the performance of part of the contract to the subcontractor,
c) The Employer requests the Contractor to indicate the part of the contract which it intends to entrust to subcontractors, and to provide the Contractor with the companies of subcontractors, in accordance with point 10 Volume I (IDW) of the SETC.
7. The term of the contract:
a) basic order within a deadline of up to 120 days from the day of signing the contract, taking into account the detailed container delivery schedule set out in point 6 ToR TOM I "Time limit for completion",
b) an order covered by the option right - within 40 days of receipt of the notification referred to in § 1 para. 4 ToR Volume II.

9. The order was submitted for co-financing from the European Union - the Cohesion Fund under the Operational Program Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020 as part of the project 'Development of the Jarocin Waste Management Plant - Wielkopolskie Centrum Recyklingu'.
