The contracting authority is looking for a supplier who can provide structural support in a flexible manner, whereby if necessary, experts can be used to provide services on any specialist issues (multi-year maintenance plan, various tendering processes).

The contracting party expects to deploy approximately 32 hours per week. The tenderer cannot derive any rights from this. For the deployment of professionals, the contracting authority wishes to make use of the deployment of a permanent professional at least two days a week. The permanent professional is then present at the location of the contracting authority, taking into account / depending on Covid measures. The other hours can be filled in as required by the contracting authority, which may consist of both the deployment of the permanent professional and the deployment of experts. The permanent professional must be present at the location of the contracting authority on Wednesdays and Fridays. A workplace is made available for the permanent professional at the administrative office of the contracting authority.
