The contract to be awarded is defined as follows:

- supplying, installing, implementing and maintaining equipment to realize printing,

- providing service and maintenance on the multifunctionals,

- supplying consumables such as staples and ink etc,

- optional: supplying paper.

The print volume in 2019 was approximately 3,500,000. The print volume had declined slightly in recent years. The Varietas Foundation wishes to conclude an agreement for a period of three years. It is possible to renew the agreement once for three years. During this period, unlimited printing, copying and scanning can be done for a fixed amount per month per device.
