The procurement refers to operating contract for the management of the outside environment in Eslövs Bostads AB's real estate stock. The contract shall be a total undertaking for the management of the external environment and thus include all measures (according to the request file) normally incumbent on a professional property owner to deal with. Contracts will be signed with a supplier. The contract term is three years with the option of two extensions of two years each.

The contract covers broadly:

— Supervision and management of all land (hard surfaces, planting surfaces, grass surfaces, natural land m m),

— Fixed and loose equipment on plot land

— playground equipment

— Pruning works

— Remedial maintenance

— Preparedness (snow/slip)
