1. The subject of the contract is the maintenance and maintenance of green areas in the Municipality of Tarnowo Podgórne.
2. The material scope of the task being the subject of the proceedings is described in detail in Annex 4 to the SWZ.
3. The Ordering Party requires a 6-month warranty on the subject of the contract.

The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding a contract on the terms set out in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law up to 30% of the basic contract value in respect of all parts of the contract, consisting in the repetition of similar services, in particular: in the field of maintenance and maintenance of green areas, under the conditions resulting from the contract for the basic contract, subject to changes in completion dates and unit prices after negotiations.
5. The contracting authority shall require the contractor to indicate the parts of the contract which it intends to entrust to subcontractors and the contractor to specify the subcontractors' firms.

1. As part of the care of greenery, mowing lawns depending on the temperature, amount of precipitation, quality of lawns, etc. according to needs.
2. Trimming of formed and unformed hedges and groups of shrubs, the average height of hedges and groups of shrubs is approx. 1 m. Formation of hedges and groups of shrubs in sunny places at least 2 times, in other strongly shaded 1-fold.
3. If there is a reconstruction of greenery in a certain section or the area of green area is reduced, the contractor will be instructed to exclude these areas from service and in return the Contracting Authority may commission as part of the remuneration, another area of the same or similar area in the Municipality. The above changes do not constitute a change to the contract.
4. The Contractor shall be responsible for the effectiveness of the procedures performed. Damage caused by adverse weather conditions will not be the basis for additional payment.
5. The Contractor shall be fully liable for damage caused to third parties in the course of performing the service. The contractor is obliged to manage plant waste generated during the work (grass, branches, leaves) in accordance with applicable regulations. The Contractor is obliged to perform cleaning works immediately after the completion of individual works

Snow removal of communication routes and removal of icing (by sprinkling with a felt-tip pen – prohibition of using sand with salt) from communication routes Depending on the needs, the contractor should start clearing snow from communication routes within 3 hours of the end of heavy snowfall at the latest.

2. sweeping paved communication routes and surfaces under shelters
3. leveling of communication routes with mineral surface
4. cleaning the playground and the area for minigolf, boules, exercise areas, Theodoros Hill, the surroundings of the pond, the recreation area.
5. maintaining order in the area around the fountain, excluding work related to maintaining the operation of the fountain
6. Maintaining the operation of pumps at the pond - ensuring water circulation
7. Keeping the dog run tidy
8. Snow removal in winter
9. Lawn maintenance work (regular mowing, fertilization, weeding, watering, etc.)
10. Watering trees and shrubs
11. pruning and shaping trees and shrubs, care of ground cover crops and perennials
12. cleaning works in the park (raking leaves, tidying up broken branches, etc.)
13. other works according to the guidelines of representatives of the Department of Cubature Infrastructure and Environmental Protection

16. ongoing maintenance of the public toilet in the Kanikowski Park in Przeźmierów, including:
- daily service (work related to the current maintenance of cleanliness inside the toilet and the immediate surroundings) - 7 days a week
- current replenishment of cleaning products (soap, toilet paper)
- starting heating in winter and protection against frost
- reporting faults not related to daily maintenance
- emptying the coin cassette for the purchase of cleaning products, disinfectants, etc.

Only contractors with the status of a sheltered workshop, social cooperatives and other economic operators whose main objective or main objective of the activity of their organisationally separated units that will perform the contract is the social and professional integration of socially marginalised persons, i.e. contractors referred to in Article 94 of the PPL, may apply for the award of a public contract for Lot 5, provided that the percentage employment rate of persons belonging to one or more of the categories referred to in Article 94(1)(1)-(10) of the PPL is not less than 30% of the persons employed by the contractor or its unit that will perform the contract.
