The project includes the construction of an amphitheater with an auditorium and a back-up building in a way that allows the organization of various types of outdoor events. The eastern part of the square will be transformed into green areas, developed for lawns and low greenery. 3. Investment activities included in the contract: 1) Reconstruction of a small stage with an audience. 2) Reconstruction of sidewalks and park streets. 3) Small architecture (including benches, baskets, bicycle rack, racks). 4) Greenery (low-growing trees and shrubs and flower beds, etc.). 5) Area lighting – Led. 6) Reconstruction of the rainwater sewerage network. 7) Collision removal. 8) Construction of retention reservoirs.
