The subject of the contract is the delivery and transfer of ownership to the common courts of the Szczecin appeal, brand new and unused computer equipment along with the provision of warranty services on the terms set out in Annex No. 3 and No. 3 a to SWZ and in detailed descriptions of the subject of the contract contained in the Annexes to SWZ from No. 5 to 5 b.
