With this tender, we want to reach an agreement with one contractor for the care of the hot drink supply at the Hubrecht Institute and Westerdijk Institute. With the number 2, we conclude a waiting room agreement for 1 year.

It concerns the delivery of 13 vending machines at one location in Utrecht, including delivery of base cabinets, ingredients and other consumables, and periodic maintenance. Daily operating (cleaning, filling etc) is not part of the scope. In 2019, there were a total of 300,000 consumptions.

The initial term of the agreement is 5 years, with 2 option years thereafter up to a maximum of 7 years.
