The subject of the contract is the provision of the service of the Contract Engineer acting as inspector of investor supervision over the preparation of project documentation and the implementation of construction works, in the formula design and build within the framework of the multiannual program pn” Construction program 2500 places accommodation in the years 2021-2023" for the task “Construction of two residential pavilions together with accompanying infrastructure in the Penalty Facility in Płock”.

The scope of the Contract Engineer's responsibilities shall include all activities related to the implementation of the project, in particular the supervision of the investment process in the preparation of the project documentation and the implementation of construction works relating to the construction of two penitentiary pavilions together with the infrastructure accompanying the performance of the functions of the inspector of investor supervision and accounting for the investment task during the implementation of project work, construction works and after their completion. The deadline for completion of the task is planned for 24 months with the possibility of extending up to 36 months.
