Based on the guidelines and requirements in the ABE reform, the Norwegian Film Institute (NFI) has decided to initiate comprehensive development work during the second quarter of 2020.

This work includes i.a. process mapping of NFI's core, management and support processes. This contract includes assistance for this mapping work.

The project subject to mapping is owned by the director. The project manager is the financial director. The project shall be implement with involvement from the remaining management, the employee representatives and employees in the organisation.
