The scope of the tender is primarily the supply of three terminal tractors.

a. Manufacture of three complete terminal tractors, together with equipment consistent with this Specification;

b. Delivery of equipment to the terminal in Kutno with unloading, assembly, commissioning and transfer into operation taking into account all necessary preparatory activities and payment of insurance and customs duties;

c. Development and transmission of complete technical documentation and instructions for use in paper and electronic versions in Polish and English;

d. Training of personnel indicated by the Contracting Authority in the field of operation and maintenance;

e. Reception and registration of vehicles by competent institutions/authorities (e.g. TDT, UDT) if required by law;

f. In addition, the marking of tractors as free-wheeled vehicles.

g. Full maintenance during the warranty period.

h. Out-of-warranty service.
