The city of Rees is looking for a service provider to carry out the special school transport.

The city of Rees awards the implementation of the special student transport from the school year 2022/2023 (start time is 01.08.2022).

On the Reeser city area there are three primary schools with four locations as well as a school center, in which the Gymnasium, the Hauptschule and the Realschule are housed. A total of about 2,450 children attend these facilities, of which about 800 are transported in the exempted special school transport. 9 buses (of which 5 buses with a capacity (minimum capacity) of about 100 students and 4 buses with a capacity (minimum capacity) of about 140 students) with an average daily mileage of about 160 km (per bus) are required for the implementation of the special school transport. The start of lessons in the city area is delayed. First of all, the lessons begin in the school center and then the lessons at the primary schools. Accordingly, the service must be provided in two rounds. Approximately the following operating times can be assumed:

2 buses (capacity approx. 100 pupils): Daily from 06.45 - 14.30 h 4 buses (capacity approx. 140 pupils): Daily from 06.45 - 14.30 h 3 buses (capacity approx. 100 pupils): Daily from 06.30 - 16.30 h In addition to the trips at the beginning and end of lessons, there are permanent intermediate trips (e.B. due to swimming lessons, a cooperation with the Jan-Joest-Gymnasium in Kalkar or to the gym Rees-Bienen). In addition to the students from Rees, students from the municipalities of Kalkar, Isselburg and Hamminkeln are also transported to the Reeser schools.
