1. The subject of the Framework Agreement is the delivery of Furniture that meets the requirements set out in Annex 1 to the Framework Agreement to the Ordering Party's registered office (Warsaw, Świętokrzyska 12 Street) along with their transfer to the rooms indicated by the Ordering Party and assembly

2.Na the basis of the Framework Agreement, the Contracting Authority shall award individual orders to the Contractor as part of the procedure specified in the Framework Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Order). The Contracting Authority shall select its Contractor separately for each Order.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the Framework Agreement is contained in Annex No. 1 to the Model Framework Agreement – Annex G to the SWZ.

4.Other conditions for the performance of the contract are specified in the Model Framework Agreement in Annex G to the SWZ.

2.
