The item of the order is divided into two parts:

Part 1: Collection and management of municipal waste from real estate residing in the municipality of Turek, including:

- performance of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from real estate where residents live, located in the municipality of Turek,

- delivery of bags for selective collection of municipal waste for the duration of the contract for properties inhabited by residents of the municipality of Turek.

Part 2: Organizing and running a selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK) for residents of the Turek commune, including:

- organization and operation of a stationary Point of Selective Municipal Waste Collection (PSZOK) for the residents of the municipality of Turek and management of municipal waste accepted in PSZOK. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the Terms of Contract, i.e. a Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (SOPZ).

from the following villages: Albertów, Budy Słodkowskie, Cisew, Chlebów, Dzierżązna, Grabieniec, Kalinowa, Korytków, Kaczki Średnie, Kowale Księże, Obrębizna, Obrzębin, Pęcherzew, Szadów Księży, Szadów Pański, Słodków, Słodków Kolonia, Turkowice, Warenka, Wietchinin, Wrząca, Żuki,

- delivery of bags for selective collection of municipal waste for the duration of the contract for properties inhabited by residents of the municipality of Turek.

Part 2: Organizing and running a selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK) for residents of the Turek commune, including:

- organization and operation of a stationary Point of Selective Municipal Waste Collection (PSZOK) for the residents of the municipality of Turek and management of municipal waste accepted in PSZOK.
