Vestland County has been commissioned to set up a framework agreement for secure cycle parking, on behalf of Miljøløftet. Users of the framework agreement will be the following municipalities: Alver municipality, Askøy municipality, Bergen municipality, Bjørnafjorden municipality, Øygarden municipality.

For package 1, the contracting authority would like a storage solution for bicycles that is mobile and enclosed, such as a box or similar. For this solution, it is important that the cycle parking can be moved around in different urban areas in the municipalities that will be using the agreement.

For package 2, we would like a permanently mounted secure parking solution for cycles, and this solution should be designed more like a traditional cycle rack, but with a higher degree of security. For this solution, it is important that the cycle parking is space-efficient and can be permanently installed in different urban areas in the municipalities that will use the agreement
