The renovation is a rental property owned by The City of Helsinki Apartments Ltd, located on the City of Helsinki plot 17064/6 (Pasilanraitio 4, 00240 Helsinki)

The procurement is divided into lots as follows:

2. Structural design

3. Electrical design

Offers may apply to any part. Contracts are awarded by component. with the successful bidder.

Project information

- The renovation is a 5-storey residential building (stairs A, B, C).

- The buildings were completed in 1982

- According to the current situation, there are 65 apartments, a total of approximately 3,424 asm2

- There are 3 business premises, approx. 670 m2 in total

- Construction and building engineering objectives in accordance with project plans

- Costs to accommodate price limits set by the project plan/ARA

- Good price-quality ratio

- Easy serviceability of facades, water ceilings, courtyards and general premises

- Improving energy efficiency

- Improving accessibility

Provisional timetable:

- Start of design 09/2022

- Coordinated contract calculation plans completed and stored in the project bank for contract calculation 05/2023

- Start of construction 10/2023

- Renovation contract completed 10/2024
