Heidelberg

The contractor (contractor) is responsible for the safety inspection of non-stationary, business and private electrical equipment in accordance with BGV A3/GUV A3 or BetrSichV (in the version of 3 February 2015 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 49), which was amended by Article 1 of the Ordinance of 13 July 2015 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 1187)) for all machines, devices and connection cables including workplace electrification in the respective properties (see section I.4) of the RIM Karlsruhe-Rastatt (IS district Mannheim) in 4 Draw lots.

The 1: Heidelberg

The service will be called up from the surcharge by the Internal Service Operations (IDB) of IS Mannheim on the inspection dates.

The contract period begins with a surcharge and is 54 months. The service must be provided from 01.12.2023. The three inspections are carried out at least every 2 years. If, among other things (e.g. in the context of a so-called hazard analysis) other (e.g. shorter) inspection periods arise, other inspection cycles/dates can also be called up by RIM. The IDB shall arrange appropriate checks/appointments with the Contractor (at least 4 weeks in advance). The three inspections for all designated properties must be completed and completed within the term of the contract.

The test must be carried out in accordance with the accident prevention regulation UVV BGV A3 / GUV A3 or BetrSichV issued by the Main Association of Commercial Professional Associations and the requirements of TRBS 2131/1111 or the relevant regulations.

Property inspection:

The bidder has the opportunity to inspect the properties before submitting an offer. Subsequent objections due to special local conditions are not admissible. Appointments for viewings can be arranged.
