It is intended to provide endoscopy equipment with the option at the end of the contract at a defined residual purchase value to check the transfer of ownership

2. Purpose

The purpose of this contract is to provide the equipment necessary for endoscopy and its maintenance and repair.

The contractor assures that he will only provide the client with the latest generation of equipment and furnishings.

The contractor must assure that he is aware of the relevant laws and guidelines and that he will comply with the relevant standards.

3. Scope of services

The service includes:

• the delivery, installation, installation and commissioning including adaptation and adjustment of the two existing processing machines

of the type "ETD3" from Olympus, including the necessary accessories and consumables for the original equipment

• Connection of towers 1, 2 and 3 to the E&L platform

• Training planning for the operating personnel

• Fulfillment of connection requirements for integration into the existing E&L

• Instruction of the operating personnel

• Conclusion of a service contract

4. Term of contract

A contract period of 4 years is agreed with the possibility of extending the contract for a further 12 months. The start of the contract depends on the delivery and instruction of the equipment

5. Service description and equipment requirements

The calculation of the provision fee is based on the equipment requirements specified by the client in Appendix 2 LV - Table "Specifications". If, in addition to the equipment mentioned in Appendix 2 LV, table "Specifications", further equipment is required for regular operation, this must also be offered and taken into account when calculating the provision fee. All offered devices must be entered in full in the offer. Appendix 2 - Table "Specifications" shall be supplemented with the specification values. In general, the current generation of devices is to be offered.

The following devices are part of this provisioning contract:

1. Two mobile endoscopy towers (Tower 1 and Tower 2) each fully equipped as follows (HD monitor, insufflator incl. accessories and bottle holder, cold light source, video processor, flushing pump, suction pump, infusion rod, video connector to E&L and a UPS)

2. Two permanently installed, swivelling HD monitors in room 1 and room 2 for connection to towers 1 and 2

3. A mobile endosonography unit (tower 3) fully equipped including UPS

4. A longitudinal ultrasound endoscope

5. Four gastroscopes with LED technology: Two diagnostic gastroscopes, one therapeutic gastroscope and one nasal ("children") gastroscope. The therapeutic gastroscope should have a large working channel. It would be advantageous if the standard-caliber gastroscopes were equipped with an additional irrigation channel, as far as the technology allows.

7. Four colonoscopes with LED technology: The colonoscopes should be equipped with a permanently installed balloon on the device for improved examination.

Within the 4 colonoscopes there should be 2 standard caliber, 1 long and 1 thin (so-called "children's colonoscope"). All standard-caliber colonoscopes require an additional irrigation channel

For 3. Greater flexibility is expected. The system should be as compact as possible. The description of the respective components is described in detail in the bill of quantities. Appendix 2 LV – Table "Current Inventory" also gives an impression of the current stock of equipment at the site.
