1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of bread and confectionery.

2. The item of the order was divided into 4 following parts:

1) Lot No. 1: Delivery of bread in Rzeszów;

2) Lot No. 2: Delivery of bread in Nisku;

3) Lot No. 3: Delivery of bread in Przemyśl;

4) Part No. 4: Bread delivery in Yaroslavl

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract in terms of minimum quality requirements is provided: Annex 5 to the SWZ - developed by the Military Research and Implementation Center of the Food Service in Warsaw.

4. The detailed quantitative specification shall be defined by:

1) Annex 1A to SWZ – concerning part no. 1,

2) Annex 1B to SWZ – concerning part no. 2,

3) Annex 1C to SWZ – concerning part no. 3,

4) Annex 1D to SWZ – concerning part no. 4,

- depending on the parts for which the Contractor will apply. These annexes are also forms for calculating the offer price.
