The purpose of this contract is: the evacuation, the transport of residues for the purification of household waste incineration fumes (Refiom) from the Sitdce energy recovery center located at 174 rue du Ladhof in Colmar and their treatment in an approved recovery center in accordance with regulations. The services requested relate to:

- the supply of Large Bulk Containers (IBCs) of the “Big-Bags” type suitable for both CVED and treatment centers (recovery and burial),

- loading and transport from CVED of Colmar,

- the reception and processing of Refiom and ash in a Material Recovery Center (within the meaning of European Directive 2005/0281 (COD) of 21.12.2005) approved to process Refiom and ash under conditions that fully respect the current regulations.

The services requested relate to:

- transport from the CVED of Sitdce,

- reception, possible treatment and recovery of ashes and Refiom in an approved Center to receive hazardous waste under conditions fully respecting the regulations in force,

- the supply of Large Bulk Containers (IBCs) of the “Big-Bags” type suitable for both the CVED and the ash treatment and recovery unit and Refiom.
