The Berlin University of the Arts intends to award maintenance cleaning at three locations as of April 1, 2022.

The Berlin University of the Arts intends to award building cleaning from April 1st, 2022.

Maintenance cleaning services are to be provided, as well as, in individual cases, basic and glass cleaning services on request.

The subject of maintenance and, if applicable, basic cleaning services is, in particular, the cleaning of floors, furnishings and equipment.

A site visit to the Bundesallee property is a prerequisite for participation in this call for tenders. The viewing dates will take place in the period from 5.01 to 13.01.2022.
