The subject of the contract is the provision of public service transport, in road transport, on routes described in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract annexed to this procedure. The subject of the contract has been divided into 3 parts:

In any case, if there is no indication in the SWZ to which part of the contract a given provision refers, it should be assumed that the provision applies to all parts of the contract. The contracting authority does not limit the possibility of submitting tenders for individual parts of the contract.

Part: 1 includes five communication lines: communication line no. 1: includes m. 1) Zabłotce – Budzyń through Nienowice, Line length (km) 40; Communication line No. 2: includes m. Gmina Budzyń contains the villages and settlements of Ostrów through Korczowa, Młyny, Zaleska Wola, Piaski, Duńkowice, Radymno and the length of the line.

(km)- 48, communication line no. 3: includes Chotyniec – Ostrów through Łazy Line length (km) 30; communication line no. 4 includes the town of Sośnica Brzeg – Ostrów through Nienowice, Grabowiec Line length (km) 26.

Part: 2 includes one communication line: Sośnica – Święte – Ostrów, Line length (km)9,9

Part: 3 includes two routes; communication line no. 1: Łazy ''Kościele'' – Łazy ''Osiedle'' – Ostrów Line length (km) 8, Chotyniec ''Church'' – Nienowice – Duńkowice – Ostrów Line length (km) 25.
