The procedure is an integrated contract and has as its object the executive design and execution of all the works and supplies necessary for the construction of the new gym of the Agricultural Technical Institute of Florence located in via delle Cascine n. 11. The detailed rules for the performance of the contract are detailed in the special tender conditions.

The intervention is co-financed with resources from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), as part of MISSION 4 EDUCATION AND RESEARCH - COMPONENT 1 STRENGTHENING THE OFFER OF EDUCATION SERVICES: FROM NURSERIES TO UNIVERSITIES - INVESTMENT 3.3 PLAN FOR THE SAFETY AND REDEVELOPMENT OF SCHOOL BUILDINGS.

The contract concerns the executive design and construction works of the new gym of the Agricultural Technical Institute of Florence for the basic contract amount of € 5,980,607.81, of which € 143,150.34 for executive design services and € 5,837,457.47 for works, including € 232,645.59 for security charges (€ 5,081,300.04 category OG1, € 333,083.05 category OS28, € 423,074.38 category OS30). The Service Works IDs are E.12 corresponding to a work amount of € 2,620,821.00, S.03 corresponding to a work amount of € 2,336,667.00, IA.01 corresponding to a work amount of € 78,758.00, IA.02 corresponding to a work amount of € 333,083.00 and IA.03 corresponding to a work amount of € 423,074.00.
