The City of Sint-Truiden wishes to appoint a construction team for the design and construction of a "Huis van de Truienaar" and the expansion of the "Cultural Site".

This assignment concerns:

- the preparation of an architectural design for the "Huis van de Truienaar" and the "Cultural Site",

- the preparation of a design of the exterior layout so that the "House of the Truienaar" is spatially optimally integrated,

- the construction of the "House of Truienaar" in Sint-Truiden including the external construction,

- the development of the "Cultural Site",

- maintenance both technically and building physically (optional),

- IT support (optional).
