The wellbeing services county of Southwest Finland consists of the Hospital District of Southwest Finland, KTO (Centre of Support and Expertise in the Field of Developmental Disabilities) and Kårkulla (Kårkulla Joint Municipal Authority), the Centre of Expertise in Social Services of Southwest Finland Vasso, the Southwest Finland Rescue Department, the Joint Authority for Child Welfare of Southwest Finland and 27 municipalities.
