With the present call, the HPA is writing services for consulting and supporting the project management of the project "NKBQ - New Köhlbrand Crossing" in the areas of "Safety Planning according to RABT" and "Technical Equipment Tunnel".

In addition, the contractor performs tasks as a safety and health coordinator.

The structural condition of the existing Köhlbrand bridge as well as changed traffic requirements, such as the low clearance height for shipping traffic, require the construction of a new Köhlbrand crossing in the foreseeable future.

The HPA intends to commission in two stages services for the planning of a drilling tunnel to cross the Köhlbrand to a general planner.

He has to provide services in the following areas:

- object planning of traffic facilities,

- traffic management,

- object and structural engineering engineering works,

- Object and structural planning tunnel in shield tunneling,

- safety planning according to RABT,

- Technical equipment tunnels,

- soil management,

- BIM.
