The contract involves the procurement of labour market training (AMO course) The initiative consists of 2 different modules. Language mapping and work orientated Norwegian qualification.

The mapping shall be of the job seeker's Norwegian language ability, progression and competence. The mapping shall be based on the reference levels in ‘the joint European framework for language’. The mapping shall result in an adequate report that can be used in continued follow-up for ordinary work. The qualification shall give better options for job seekers with inadequate Norwegian abilities. The qualification part shall raise the job seeker's Norwegian ability, improve basic competencies and prepare for participation in working life or for NAV's various initiatives.
