"Successive delivery of diesel oil in the amount of 500,000 liters for vessels of the Maritime Office in Gdynia"
1. The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of diesel fuel in the amount of 500 000 l for vessels such as, among others, "Kontroler-20", "Kontroler-22", "Kontroler-23", "Kontroler-24", "Konstelacja", "Hydrograf-17", "Belona" of the Maritime Office in Gdynia on the terms set out in the draft contract. 2. During the term of the contract, the Ordering Party reserves the right to make changes to the given vessels. 3.Diesel fuel must meet the requirements set out in the current and applicable standards ON PN-EN 590 and meet the quality requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labor of 09.10.2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680). 4. Place of delivery by tank truck at the quays: Gdańsk, Gdynia, Elbląg, Władysławowo, Ustka, Łeba, Rowy, Harbour Master's Office Nowy Świat. 5. Successive deliveries shall be made on the basis of partial orders, according to the rules set out in the attached draft contract agreed each time by telephone confirmed by fax or e-mail. The Ordering Party will indicate the amount of fuel ordered as well as the required delivery date. The delivery will take place no longer than 3 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order by the Contractor to the place designated by the Ordering Party. 6. The given size of the order (500 000 liters) is an estimate, which during the performance of the contract may change in accordance with the actual needs of the Ordering Party and in this respect the Contractor will not be entitled to any claims against the Ordering Party 7. Fuel supplies will be carried out within 36 months or until the amount of remuneration specified in the offer remuneration form is exhausted. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of extending the period of 36 months if the value of the purchased goods does not exceed the value specified in the offer remuneration form. 8. One-time estimated delivery volume of 1000 – 4000 liters. 9. Transactions will be made in the form of non-cash transactions. 10. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 11 to the SWZ. 11.
