European tender for catering services for the Municipality of Bronckhorst

This Assignment concerns the provision of catering services for the municipality of Bronckhorst. The catering services to be offered consist of the following components:

- Restorative facilities: the operation of the company restaurant;

- Meeting and lunch packages: number of locations/meeting rooms;

- Banqueting: Meetings, receptions, but also larger and/or more luxurious events.

The agreement is centrally managed by the Contracting Authority, in addition it concerns one company restaurant. For this reason, due to the manageability of the Contract, the Contracting Authority has decided to conclude an agreement with one Contractor and therefore not to use a lot division.

However, the size and geographical location of the entire Contract and the way in which this European tender is designed ensure that the Contract is accessible to SMEs.
