Natural Gas Supply, Delivery and Related Services

This consultation concerns the supply, transmission of natural gas and associated services, within the framework of a grouping of orders Its purpose is to conclude, on behalf of the members, a framework agreement for: The supply of natural gas for the delivery points (Pdl) of the members of the grouping of orders, the coverage of storage obligations; Billing, including the transmission of invoices in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and the assumption of relations with the Distribution System Manager under a single contract, to the public distribution network; The mission of balance responsible in accordance with Article L. 431-3 of the Energy Code; The mandatory services described in the special administrative clausesthis contract is a multi-successful framework agreement with a subsequent contract, meeting the following conditions:Minimum annual amount: no annual minimum amountmaximum annual amount: EUR 50 000 000 per yearestimate of the consumption data CAR: 90 000 Mwh/yearSubsequent contracts will be awarded and awarded under the conditions defined in the CCAC.
