The subject of the contract is the service of collecting any quantity of mixed municipal solid waste and segregated waste from property owners where residents (permanently and seasonally) reside from the commune of Iwanowice, and running a stationary point for selective collection of municipal waste and the management of collected waste, i.e. recovery or disposal , in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws from 2018, item 1454)

Containers for the collection of mixed municipal waste (with a capacity of 120 liters, 240 liters, 1,100 liters), the Contractor should make available to property owners at the price of the service provided, for the duration of the service. The Contractor's obligation is also to provide, at the price of the service provided, colored bags for segregated waste without quantitative restrictions in accordance with the subject of the contract. In the commune, a mixed bag-container system for municipal waste collection will apply.
