This contract contains 3 lots within the meaning of Article L2113-10 of the Public Order Code: Each lot will be awarded separately. The contract is an ordinary contract concluded at unit and fixed prices on the basis of the schedule of unit and flat-rate prices. The contract shall include optional tranches defined in the specifications. Lots 1 and 2 include an optional tranche within the meaning of Article R.2113-4 of the Public Order Code:Optional tranche 1: Collection of household food biowaste at collection pointsThe optional tranche may be strengthened by service order, within 3 years of its notification.
