Successive delivery of JET A-1 aviation fuel for the aircraft of the Maritime Office in Gdynia

1.The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of JET A-1 aviation fuel in the amount of 250m3. Fuel must meet the current Aviation Fuel Quality Requirements for Jointly Operated Systems (AFQRJOS) issue number. The amount of fuel specified in the order is an estimated and at the same time the maximum volume, which may be reduced during the performance of the contract in accordance with the actual needs of the Ordering Party.

A detailed description of the subject of the SOPZ order is attached as Annex 3 to the SWZ.

1.The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of JET A-1 aviation fuel in the amount of 250m3.

1.1 Fuel shall meet the current Aviation Fuel Quality Requirements for Jointly Operated Systems (AFQRJOS) issue number.

1.2 The amount of fuel specified in the order is an estimated and at the same time the maximum volume, which may be reduced during the performance of the contract in accordance with the actual needs of the Ordering Party. In this respect, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims against the Ordering Party.

1.3 Fuel deliveries will be carried out successively within 36 months from the date of signing the contract or until the amount of remuneration specified in the offer form is exhausted (used).

1.4 The place of fuel delivery is Gdańsk-Rębiechowo Airport, the DAP base is assumed as the basis for fuel delivery to Gdańsk-Rębiechowo Airport (delivery costs, including transport costs, are covered by the Contractor).

1.5 Fuel will only be delivered directly to the aircraft in quantities of approximately 1.2 m3 at a time, with an average of up to three deliveries per week. Deliveries will be made as needed on working days from Monday to Friday, from 06:00 to 22:00, within no more than 120 minutes from the Ordering Party's telephone notification.

1.6 The Contracting Authority declares that the purchases of JET A-1 aviation fuels made from the Contractor will be fully used for the purposes of conducting the statutory activity of the Maritime Office in Gdynia. Purchases of JET A-1 aviation fuels made by the Ordering Party are exempt from excise duty, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Act on Excise Duty of 6 December 2008 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 722) - on exemptions from excise duty Article 32 paragraph 1 point 1.

1.7 Form of settlement – non-cash, payment by bank transfer.
