Description:
Supply of electricity for the needs of entities belonging to the purchasing group in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, items 1385, 1723, 2127, 2243, 2370, 2687, of 2023, item 295, of 2019, item 1495 and of 2021, item 255) for the needs of entities belonging to the purchasing group in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025.

The total estimated electricity consumption [MWh] in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025 is 13 695.298 MWh.

2. The description of the item of the order is set out in Annex 1 to SWZ.
