Mixed quality wood waste (Industry Grade C). Flintshire County Council runs an in-house service for five Household Recycling Centres (HRC’s) across the county. The purpose of the tender is to establish through a formal contract the recycling / recovery of mixed quality wood waste; Industry Grade C arising from the HRC’s. This can either be through - Recycling or Recovery operations (Biomass) Option 1 - Delivery of waste wood to a disposal point or transfer station within Flintshire nominated by the tenderer by using the council’s existing waste collection fleet and containers. For this option, we would require: Provision of a guaranteed price per tonne. The price should also include any associated administration costs.
