WATER QUALITY MONITORING AND ANALYTICAL SERVICE. Southampton City Council (“the Council”) invites Tenders from suitably qualified suppliers (“Potential Suppliers”) for the provision of Water Quality Monitoring and Analytical Services. This procurement follows the open procedure under the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The Council, the duty holder, requires an experienced UKAS Accredited Water Quality Monitoring Consultancy (‘the Consultant’) to deliver customer focussed Water Quality Monitoring and Analytical Services to cover all areas within the boundary of the city of Southampton for a proposed term of 5 years with the option to extend for further periods of 3 years and 2 years to give a total contract of up to 10 years subject to performance.
