The contract to be awarded is defined as follows:

— providing, installing, implementing a number of different multifunctionals including the desired rent-based finishers,

— the delivery and implementation of organization overarching management software,

— maintaining the multifunctionals deployed,

— the provision of consumables such as staples (on request) and toner for multifunctionals.

Devices are rented per month and paid per actual print. There is no minimum volume recorded within the contract to be concluded.

The scope of the assignment is all schools for MeerderWeert (15 schools) and Eduquaat (seven schools), in addition, the administrative office is part of the assignment. An indication of the volumes in the past year is included by location in the price sheet. These are volumes per month. In 2020, the decreasing volumes plus minus 15% were higher than the previous years. It is expected that the decrease in the new contract to be concluded will be about 15% less than the volumes currently included in the price sheet.
