Call center services market for Brussels Training

The main purpose of this contract is call center services to ensure the management of Brussels Formation calls.

Within the framework of this market, Brussels Formation wants to strengthen social cohesion and has inserted into the terms of implementation a clause on socio-occupational integration.

The calls are mainly incoming calls from job seekers looking for information on trainings in Brussels Training, or in a very minority way, employers looking for information on internships and training in companies. Brussels Formation reserves the right to extend the services requested at the call center beyond these calls (examples: incoming calls from job seekers for trainings of partners agreed with Brussels Formation, outgoing calls for a specific action and to a specific audience).
