As part of this procurement, a framework agreement is to be concluded over a period of 4 years, which covers the need for replacement procurement of operating table technology from the manufacturer Getinge Deutschland GmbH (formerly Maguet). The central operating theater of the University Hospital has 21 operating theaters with 21 operating columns, 48 transporters and 50 hangers from Getinge. The aim of this award procedure is to secure the inventory of operating table systems from the manufacturer Getinge Deutschland GmbH in the central operating room of the University Hospital Halle (Saale). To guarantee this, the conclusion of a four-year framework agreement with a business part-learner is being pushed.
The framework agreement to be concluded is to be used to enable short-term replacement purchases for defective operating table technology at fixed conditions. The basis for the operating table technology to be replaced is formed by the current inventory and the requirements from the framework agreement, including the specification of services, description of services, price sheet and the correspondingly applicable appendices. For the time being, an annual gross budget of EUR 200,000 (2021-2025) is planned for the framework agreement in order to gradually replace obsolete operating table technology. This budget covers 40-50% of the entire equipment requirement. In addition, if the funds are available, additional replacement purchases can be made via the framework agreement. The maximum (including this option) is shown in the price sheet. For budgetary reasons, however, it is not possible to make binding volume or turnover commitments, so that the availability of funds is re-evaluated annually as part of the investment planning and adjusted if necessary. The main component of the framework agreement is the basic equipment of the Otesus device type and accessories. Additional basic individual components of the alternatively available OR table systems Magnus, Betaclassic, Lyra, Meera, Alphamaxx and Yuno II are also to be offered as options.
