Pharmaceutical supply and medicines management services to the community teams and in-patient units of Humber NHS Foundation Trust at the locations specified within the ITT.

The pharmaceutical supply services include the delivery of appropriately and legally presented pharmaceutical products for in-patient use as well as discharge, short-leave and outpatient services. The Service also includes the supply of over-labelled and packed down pharmaceutical products.
