AOK Rheinland / Hamburg - Die Gesundheitskasse (hereinafter: AOK RH / HH) organizes an open house procedure based on the existing between January 1st, 2016 between the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians of North Rhine-Westphalia (KVNO) and the health insurance companies / associations out

- the BKK-Landesverband Nordwest, Essen;

- the IKK classic, Dresden;

- the Social Insurance for Agriculture, Forestry and Horticulture (SVLFG) as agricultural health insurance (LKK), Kassel;

- the Knappschaft, Bochum;

- Verband der Ersatzkassen e. V. (vdek), represented by the head of the vdek-Landesvertretung NRW, Düsseldorf.

Conclusion of an agreement on the contract medical prescription of the need for consultation hours for the supply of radiologically active contract medical practices in the area of the KV North Rhine with contrast media and contrast enhancers. The AOK RH / HH acts both in its own name and in the name and on behalf of the North Rhine health insurers / associations.

The agreement regulates the supply for the economic prescription of radiologically active medical practices in the area of KV North Rhine with contrast media / contrast enhancers listed in the documents. For this purpose, fixed contractual prices are agreed in accordance with Appendix 1 to this contract for the contractual products of the supplier that are charged to the health insurance companies. The contractual partners of this agreement are AOK RH / HH and the North Rhine health insurers / associations mentioned in paragraph 1, represented by AOK RH / HH.

The health insurance companies offer all suitable and interested providers (in particular pharmaceutical companies, re-importers, wholesalers or communities of providers) the opportunity to conclude or join this agreement at any time during the entire defined contract period. There is no exclusivity, nor is there a selection decision made by the health insurance funds / associations.

A contract is concluded with every company that meets the eligibility requirements. There is no exclusivity. The contract can be concluded at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations are not conducted.

The earliest contract start date is June 1st, 2020. The contract term ends on March 31, 2022, regardless of the individual start of the contract.
